How are you? Really?
A Little Hello, From My Heart to Yours
From the youngest to the eldest, from the softest soul to the strongest heart — thank you.
Yes, you reading this — thank you.
I’m not here to parade my life experiences or boast about the knowledge Allah has gifted me. This post is to humble myself, to connect, and to ask something simple but often overlooked:
How are you — really?
Lately, I’ve been feeling overwhelmed. Life has brought its challenges, and like many of you, I’ve been quietly navigating my storms. But now, alhamdulillah, I feel like I’m regaining balance. I’m slowly remembering who I am, realigning with what brings me peace.
And from this space — this small pocket of calm — I want to say:
You are not alone.
The pain, the fear, the quiet struggles — I hear you. I feel you. And I most definitely love you.
Don’t think it’s random that you’ve landed here. Hundreds of people could’ve clicked this post, but they didn’t. You did. There’s something in this for you. A whisper from the Divine, maybe. A reminder that you deserve softness, rest, and light.
So today, please don’t overthink.
Choose one thing that brings you joy. Light a candle. Sit with yourself.
Celebrate your existence.
Because you matter. You’re needed.
As for me — I’ve decided to discover a new place today. It’s called the Poetry Pharmacy. I’ve been neglecting the small things that nourish my soul, and now, it’s time to reconnect with the artist in me.
And you — yes, you — you’re an artist too. Maybe you haven’t figured out your medium yet. Maybe your art is in how you comfort others. How you make tea. How you speak truth, or how you hold space for someone’s silence.
You are a temple of creation. Thoughts and ideas are planted within you like seeds.
The love you give yourself — that’s the water.
With time, patience, and care, those seeds bloom. And one day, you’ll look around and see trees heavy with fruit and you’re able to create:
Jam, juices, cakes, beauty balms, tea blends — and just like that your life becomes sweetened with purpose.
So wherever you are right now — whether you’re surrounded by noise or wrapped in silence — take a deep breath. Place your hand on your heart. You’re doing better than you think. And I’m so grateful you’re here.
I pray you well.
I just wanted to stop by and say hello. 💛
