You’ve been through a ride that probably felt uncomfortable these last couple of days. I’m so proud of you. You’ve realised that sabotaging cycle, so congratulations for breaking it.

You did it.

She did it.

He did it.

I did it.

I am so grateful for breaking the cycle of shame and guilt. I am no longer ashamed or guilty of my successful divorce. I broke through cultural fears and stereotypes on my own. I am grateful for all the angels and demons that made me aware of my darkest thoughts. And special kisses from the heart to those fairies made out of stardust crystals. This experience has taught me commitment, strength and gratitude. When life gave me lemons, i didn’t make lemonade, I made pure liquid gold and diamond milk. Here I am showing you how to turn your soul into silk.
